RETURNS

✦ What is your return policy?

We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from date of delivery. Please use the online contact form below to process your request, we will send you details of how to return your order once the form has been received. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns.

-All returns must include a note of the order number inside or your packing slip - you must tick next to each product you are returning.

-All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in so that they are in a resellable state. If we find that items are used, we will send back the items to your original address.

-Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing.

- Custom-made items are also not refundable or exchangeable.

- All jewellery MUST have the original tags attached (and not tampered with) or your items will be refused and returned back to you.

- Items marked 'Sale' on the product page will not be eligible for a refund. 

- Please note we do not refund shipping fees for returns.

✦ What is your exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day exchange.

- Products must be in their original packaging and it must not be worn and kept in a resellable state. If we find that it has been worn, we will send the items back to you.

- Custom-made items are also not refundable or exchangeable.

- Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons.

- If you want to exchange for a different product entirely, you may need to pay the difference in RRP.
